The hotel was romantic and the staff service-oriented, peaceful location in a quiet residential neighborhood. My a nice size room included great bed, climate control, television and a coffee maker. The breakfast offered was complimentary and hot with fresh fruit and perfect amount, couldn't have asked for more. Location: the venue was short walk to downton and shops on Richmond Rd and the quaint and upcoming areas of downtown London. Went to Wortley Roadhouse for drink or two, set not too far from the hotel.

This place was in a great location close to a beautiful garden and the town centre, and we loved the historic charm of the original servants quarters.

The restaurant was excellent with a good chef, I had outstanding dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The amenities included an iron, a work desk, and a TV. The location was great and stunning. The staff was very very nice. The view was lovely. The service was excellent.
